This attraction lives up to the hype. There is something for adults and kids. The awe and wonder of the lights are breathtaking. I played several games (even won a prize) the employees were so excited for me. The shopping was great with so many options. The buffet dinner also had something for everyone. The parade show was out of this world. Costumes, floats, music, backgrounds, everything.....LOVED IT!!

What an incredible evening at Carnival Magic! The parade was absolutely stunning — every performer was so elegant and flawless. We especially loved the Light Kingdom and had a blast at the game arcades too. Really appreciated that no animals were used anywhere in the park, which made the experience even better. The buffet was tasty with lots of variety. Perfect spot for family fun — both kids and adults had a great time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a magical night out in Phuket! Buying ticket from headout is very effecient and cost effective. Redemption was very smooth

Using the application was quick and easy. The booking went smoothly, the ticket was immediately accepted at the Parc des Lumières entrance, and everything went perfectly. I can't recommend it enough!

It was a good experience, but to be honest. It's a same that no attraction is free of charge after paying quite a big entree fee. But the most disappoint was that the music was overal way too loud especially during the street show and the main show. Way too loud for small children till 2 years. In European standards this would be illegal cause of possible hear damage.

Had a great time! Especially loved the Kingdom of Lights. The experience was very well organised and definitely a great way to spend the evening if you're travelling with family / kids or even by yourself.

Everything , the staff took care of every thing for me as I was in a wheelchair. Best staff ever. Thank you again 💓

I book ticket for adult i also got email confimation for 4 adults but somehow your agent give me as a 4chlid ticket. I stand there for two hours and none pf your agent help me. They told me to slove byself. Or buy new one at counter They cant do anything. This ruin my holiday ticket was so expensive 9000 baht

Generally the theme park was great but no instructions to foreigners was given on what was happening and how to go about the venue. Everyone was all over the place. Not knowing what to do and where to go. Tickets were expensive for such a show. We were thrown to a corner - L1, L2, L3 without being given a choice of where we would like to sit while there were so many middle seats empty in the top and bottom rows.

Yes you guys provided the best value ticket without risk of dodgy street retailers. Self transport allowed us to save a little more. Not a criticism of you guys but the venue should allow Grab pickups instead of playing silly games walking out to the entrance with tired kids.

The whole park was just amazing, really magical place. The big dining rooms where you have your buffet dinner are stunning, food was delicious. The show was magical, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, love love loved the beautiful elephants, so clever

Phuket Fantasea was such a blast— the elephant show was wild, with massive elephants doing synchronized tricks and dancing! The acrobats had us on the edge of our seats, flipping through the air like it was nothing. I loved the whole fantasy theme of the park, super vibrant and magical, especially at night. The neon-lit kids’ zone was a hit with our little ones—they didn’t want to leave!

All whole experience was amazing as soon as you walked in you were in another world. We loved all the games and the buffet was fantastic! The show was great and staff were really nice and helpful. Just wish our transfer times gave us longer at the park we had to rush through the lights at the end. i would recommend everyone who visits thailand to go to carnival magic!!!

The vibrant colorfulness is unforgettable. It is True pleasure to the eyes. The buffet's quality is awesome so are the items in the buffet.

The tour started late and we were waiting at our hotel lobby for about 40-50 minutes until pickup. We were not advised of the pickup time prior and we had to ask our hotel to contact Headout for the pickup time the day before. Pickup time was set for 5:30pm, which is when the venue opens. It would be good to have a pickup time that is before the venue opens. The transfer back to the hotel was set for 10pm. The Kingdom of Lights is open from 9:30pm-10:30pm which did not give enough time to see it properly. We had to rush through to make it back for 10pm transfer to hotel. I suggest making a 10:45pm transfer back to hotels to give customers the time to see the Kingdom of Lights properly.

SCAM, I had a awful experience! I paid for transfer + dinner + premium seat at the event. Unfortunately, headout didn't tell me the exact pickup time, so I assumed they would pick me up at the time mentioned on their website + in their confirmation email. I was waiting 15 minutes before this time in front of my hotel, but nobody picked me up. After waiting for 30 minutes, I contacted the support who told me after a very long delay some very confusing Information. First, the support said there is no pickup for me, then later he said I missed the pickup. Unfortunately at this moment, the show was about to start. If I would have organized the transportation by myself, I would have missed more than 1h of the show. Since headout failed to tell me the exact pickup times and to organize the booked transportation, I wasn't able to visit the show. Things can go wrong, I fully understand this. They forgot to tell me pickup time, and the driver didn't contact me when he apparently arrived. But since they dont agree on refunding my money, it ended in a really terrible experience, a lost evening, a missed show, a lot of frustration, and a lot of lost money. In case headout is reading this, please reach out to me. Your support is not answering to me. If someone else is reading this: DONT GET SCAMMED AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I did not receive any email regarding the time of the transport would pick us up at the airport. I requested the hotel to call to enquire and they mentioned 6.00pm for the pick up . We end up reaching the place at 8.15pm and only had very little.time for dinner and visiting around.

If you are a big kid at heart or just a kid, this is the most amazing adventure. To me it was like walking around willy wonka's work shop. The colours are just radiant. The light display was magical. Would recommend to every one. The staff could not of made this tour more enjoyable.

Ticketing was really easy. Loved the whole experience street parade was great but the parade was amazing. We had the dinner and the choice was very good and tasty

It might be better to have informed beforehand that the transportation is only 1 schedule and can't be rescheduled. I wasn't able to use the pick up even if it was part of the package as I already had plans that day. I was only informed the during the day that this is the schedule for pick up and can't be rescheduled. After that I don't have any problems with the tickets. It was easy after that. The visuals are amazing as well but it might be better if it was explained more so we feel connected to it

The whole theme park environment was impressive. From the floats and costumes at the show, the dinner with its diverse all you can eat offers, the lights park, even the bathrooms. It really was amazingly put together. It was entertaining and fun and not just for the young but young at heart!

We had an amazing time. The staff were polite and helpful. Buffet was beautiful and lots of choice available. The main parade was awesome and the scale of it was unreal. It was all just a surreal experience, and would definitely recommend. We had a great time. Only problem...though not really a problem, was that we included hotel pick up and we never received any pick up time beforehand so was hanging around a bit not knowing what time transport was. Once picked up, transportation was great. Do it!

Everything was top notch and worth the fee. Driver was on time to pick up. Buffet dinner was exquisite. Parade was out of this world. Kingdom of lights was also a magical experience for us. Only negative is the use of animals in indoor zoo area. Seems very cruel to keep animals around all that noise and lights

Price was great and easy to book - my only negative was lack of information about pick up time - didn't get information until I chased by email (not Helpful when told will contact in 24hrs and your tour is that evening , WhatsApp was limited info and cannot speak to anyone on phone) - better communications needed - otherwise all went smoothly

The show was great, no 2 opinions about it. Headout service was exceptional, a 24x7 chat option is really good. You always have somone at hand to talk to.

A must do activity, especially for family with elderly n kids. We enjoyed this experience very much, funny thing to mention is we never get so excited to visit "toilet" in our life, all beautifully designed toilets come with different theme are so magnificent n pretty to see. One advice for the final end bit of the program is to take the paid shuttle to visit the Kingdom of Lighting rather than walking. Enjoy guys!

The bundle package was great value for my family of 6. We all had an amazing day at the waterpark and spent the entire day there. The day trip to the islands was fantastic, the weather in June was perfect. Mossie the tour guide for the day was great fun and kept the day flowing smoothly. Everyone had fun snorkeling. One note not mentioned in the booking app is that you need 400thb per adult for the national park entry on top of your booking, however don't let this distract booking this experience I would highly recommend this experience

The waterpark is nice and fun for family. However the ticket / voucher from Headout isn't quite right. If your child is 7 but taller than 122 cm, the park would ask you to pay extra 600BHT to upgrade to adult fare. Other than that, it has been a wonderful activity.

It was good, shows were good, but majority of it is for kids as a couple it wasn't worth it. If you have kids 100% go for it . People without kids, don't waste your money here use that money for something else in Phuket. It is good if you are into it but definitely it will be boring for you once you get there and realise all the rides ask for extra money. Entry price is only for the shows inside. Even if you do decide to do, I will recommend buffet option as food there is expensive.

The day was spent and organised by Bobby the guide .... My son bday was also celebrated with all of them on boat with a very cute cake arranged by head out team..... Overall loved it
