The whole experience was smooth. After showing the head out booking to security, he guided us to the appropriate window to get paper tickets. Beyond ticket window, the staff guided us well throughout.
It is wise to note that there is not much difference in viewing experience for closer lower seats to higher seats. You can select any category which works for your budget.

My family really enjoyed our time. The tigers great and calm and well taken care of. My boys loved the baby tigers, he was adorable

Very good experience, a lot of different sea life - not so big a place, but that's a good thing. Shows during the day. Especially the mermaid show was brilliant. The AR museum next to is not worth visiting. But the aquarium was excellent.

It was a good visit. The children enjoyed it very much, lot of fishes species and other water species to see and enjoy. Had a wonderful experience as there was not much rush during afternoon hours.Super easy to book the tickets from headout.

Everything was as planned and expected. The pick up and drop off at the hotel was timely and efficient. The half day excursion was worth it. Learning about the elephants, feeding the elephants, waging then in the pond just to moisturize their skin with a mud rub down just to wash them down again. A great experience. The cooking was good with the exception that not everyone got to participate in the actual cooking. Meal was good.
