• Open daily from 8:00am - 05:30pm. Walk-ins are accepted anytime during that duration.

• The area includes an elephant area (not part of the tour). Due to the high season in Phuket, the 2:30 pm slot may take 1-2 hours longer due to traffic.
• Big Buddha Temple is closed for renovation, only visit from the outside.
• Children aged 4-14 years old are not allowed to ride on ATVs, but can be passengers.
• Infants under 4 years old can sit on ATVs with parents, but cannot join the zip line
