It was amazing performance, everything was so entertaining, huge theme park with a lot of cute photo spots, buffet was good with a lot of selections

The hospitality was very good at the park. Right from ticket collection till end of the show was perfect. The only problem came in during departure after show, the local taxi goons weren't allowing Grab/ bolt to come pickup customers. The park should take note of it

I had actually planned to visit the Phuket Fantasea with my girlfriend (36 years old). Unfortunately, she was unable to come at short notice and her much younger relative (17 years old) wanted to come along. We both found the park very nice. Feeding the elephants and the game booths were particularly fun. There was something for everyone at the buffet and the quality of the food was excellent. Finally, we watched the show and were amazed at how elaborate, varied, captivating and authentic the performance was. We would both recommend the Phuket Fantasea to anyone at any time.

Absolutely fantastic show, which was well worth it. The dinner on the other hand was subpar, but we had no option as only tickets available for the night we wanted to go included dinner.

This was my second visit after 11years The way support didn't allow pics of animals to be taken before the show was not ideal In my view they should be included as ppl are not asking for rides Secondly some of staff could do well with courtesy and smiles

Show is excellent... no doubt ! Food has no taste, choice of variety of foods very poor... After the show, in parking 2 lanes were blocked by tuk-tuk only centre lane was moving, hence lot of traffic jam, took almost 1/2 hr to get my taxi...

Super unethical, never again. Poor animals, they're forced to perform to a big crowd, you can clearly see it in their eyes that they're sad. It was really shocking to see them performing. I don't know how these things still exist in this century

I loved the show with the elephants But hated you using a baby tiger for photos I found it disgusting the walk in the heat to the show was terrible so far from the front gate to the venue

The app/website is easy to use. the price rate is ok, wish is was better. The attractions is nice, but will be better is there were nore options.

My daughter loved the interactive light up toy. The whole thing was so beautiful . Thr staff are fantastic. Every child is happy

Everything was beautifully designed, the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was great. I also liked the fact that you're not allowed to film the parade, so you're really surprised by what's coming. The path of lights is also beautifully designed. Lots of photo opportunities! The only thing is that you have to pay extra for games and there's not much else to do before the parade except look through the stores and play games.

The show was amazing the parade was super fun and entertaining we all adults and kids loved it . The light show was beautiful.. we got the royal seats and I highly recommend it. If not the view seemed good from any position. The buffet food not worth it ...

Everything was excellent and simple. We received a nice discount. We took a combo ticket for the Endamanda Water Park and the Magic Carnival. The Magic Carnival was the best part of the trip. Amazing!

Carnival was super unique and interesting definitely a must see at least once in your life. Better for kids but still good to see all the attractions, hotel pickup was good and easy to get back.

What an incredible evening at Carnival Magic! The parade was absolutely stunning — every performer was so elegant and flawless. We especially loved the Light Kingdom and had a blast at the game arcades too. Really appreciated that no animals were used anywhere in the park, which made the experience even better. The buffet was tasty with lots of variety. Perfect spot for family fun — both kids and adults had a great time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a magical night out in Phuket! Buying ticket from headout is very effecient and cost effective. Redemption was very smooth

It was a wonderful experience. So far, nothing can match how great Carnival Magic is. The atmosphere, the ambiance and everything about it.... it's like a dream! The staff have great smiles and help you where needed. The food was top notch and you looked your eyes out at the parade. I can't describe how beautiful everything was! From the entrance to the end: fantastic!

The show parade was amazing and sparticular. The toilets were cool and unexceptional. All the place is very colorful and the staff is smiling all the time :)

It was magical. My kids & I absolutely loved it. It's a lifetime experience, truly.🥰 We loved the drama , it was epic. Loved their energy & hospitality.

The bundle package was great value for my family of 6. We all had an amazing day at the waterpark and spent the entire day there. The day trip to the islands was fantastic, the weather in June was perfect. Mossie the tour guide for the day was great fun and kept the day flowing smoothly. Everyone had fun snorkeling. One note not mentioned in the booking app is that you need 400thb per adult for the national park entry on top of your booking, however don't let this distract booking this experience I would highly recommend this experience

Lovely water park, not huge but good variety of different slides with varying levels of scariness! What we didn't like was the nickel and diming, we booked 3 adults and a kid (he's 10 years old), they forced us to upgrade him to an adult on check in as he is taller than 122cm... not acceptable a 10 year old is a kid regardless of height and should be charged accordingly

The water park is a blast. There's lots on offer for young and old and plenty of staff to ensure safety.

We loved every minute of the waterpark. The staff were so accommodating and kind. The slides were so fun and the waterpark was extremely clean! We ate at the park and the food was delicious the price very good. I felt comfortable with the safety of my child throughout the whole park as there was enough staff to accommodate to everyone's needs incase of an emergency. I would rate this water park as one of the best waterpark we have ever been to and have already recommended to many people all over social media to come and experience! Thank you for the best time!

They charged two way pickup and drop charge for my 2 years daughter also.

The non refundable terms is not early written. Though I want to cancel 3mths before this activity but it is not allowed. I will not recommend this apps to anyone.

My Hotel pickup was not passed onto the venue. I had to ring and book the return transfer pickups. If I hadn't called, I believe I woudln't have been pickup and missed the show.

I booked for show and pick up and drop off to my Hotel but I never get a email of what time I get pick is just letting me know what time the show starts

There was no communication for pick up time. I had to enquire with support team to connect with the local partner.

Due to the unorganized arrangements we end up going to the show with our own tax we paid for it then the show had few minutes to end. So we kept waiting and waiting for the Headout transport which never showed up, then took taxi but we missed most of the show. We lost the money for the show and paid our own transportation. Was very stressful and disappointing experience with Headout. I will never deal with them and I don't recommend them. It is my fault I should read the reviews people wrote about them before I book through them any thing.

I missed out the chance to enjoy the show because there is no pickup for the transport and no follow up action from the headout teams. We lost all 3 tickets.

Heads up needs to be provided about mobile phone confiscation. We were not aware of this and not happy being asked to hand them over.

The transport was great, got to the venue on time. I was surprised at the way this place is set up, considering the amount we spent on our tickets, nothing apart from dinner was included. The drinks were very expensive, if we had kids with it the extra entertainment would have cost a fortune. and having our phones taken off us so we can't take pictures inside rather spend a crazy amount of money on pictures taken by the staff was ridiculous. The show was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it, but sucha long time spent waiting to enter the auditiorium and it was so hot. Also we coulnd't take our own water into the auditiorium and charging 90THB for a bottle of water is ridiculous. If the venue hadn't charged such astronomical prices for everything it would have made the experience so much better.

Excellent feedback from the WhatsApp number. However, we had to wait an hour for pick up..... missing out on one hour at the Fantasea. Food was awesome.

We were astonished with taxi drop after show. We were surprised our hotel name printed in ticket and clearly instructed which zone We had to go after show. pick up from hotel also prompt.u are great.

The show was spellbinding. The initial 3 hour wait hanging outside with various activities can be cut short. The ticketing experience with Headout was smooth.

easy , economical and smooth. but i felt fantasea is overrated , trapeze was the only wow section and elephant show was ok otherwise the artists were not in sync , under rehearsed. food was decent.

The entire process of smooth and easy. We didnt have to wait a bit as the car came before time and the show was definitely worth it. The amusement park could have had simple activities for kids below 10 years as every game was for big children or adults to play on their behalf. The buffet was lavish and options were available for all types of persons. Great experience overall.

The show and dinner experience were brilliant. Unfortunately some outdoor activities had to be cancelled due to heavy rain. But it was still amazing.
