The experience from the beginning was very positive: the purchasing process at Headout was simple and user-friendly, with clear and well-organized information that facilitated the choice and planning. As for the show, it is really beautiful, with an impressive staging and a very well done pre-show that recreates a traditional Thai village, which makes the visit something immersive and charming. However, I cannot give it the highest rating because of a detail that I consider unnecessary: the use of animals. Their appearance in the show barely lasts a couple of minutes and, in addition, they are previously exhibited in the enclosure without adding anything to the cultural experience. Beyond the briefness, it seems to me a practice that detracts value and is an exploitation that does not fit with the quality of the show.

I booked the ticket for show and hotel round trip transfer (without dinner). The show was mesmerizing with stunning performances. Love the stage with actual properties. Going in to the theater was crowded and no special assistance for elderly people. As for the hotel transfer, there was no specific time for the pick-up. It was said that they'd send another e-mail for this matter but didn't receive any. I contacted headout's support but it was not helping. So, in the end, I asked the hotel staff to help me regarding this issue.

From the moment you walk in, it feels polished and intentionally designed—lush landscaping, bright colors, and a cohesive theme that gives the whole place more personality than the average “slides + concrete” setup. The park is big enough to spend a full day without getting bored, but not so sprawling that it feels like you’re trekking across a small country in flip-flops.

After a problem with vouchers the support team resolved the issue quite quickly and they maintain all the promises. Definitely a good company and surely will use them again. The Water Park in Phuket was amazing and we had a lot of fun !
